[PR] Share reply and cluster account helpers across AMIE handlers [airavata-custos]
yasithdev opened a new pull request, #671:

- AMIE handlers share one reply-and-audit helper, the transaction-complete replies, the string-list reader and the cluster account lookup.
- AMIE uses the core transaction helper instead of its identical copy.
