1.3.10 release, 1/14/00 ??
Time for a show of hands. Should we try to get 1.3.10 out by, say, the
14th of Jan? This would involve a code freeze on the 11th. No
additions or improvements until after the release, just bug and doc
fixes.

And I'm assuming the "just bug and doc fixes" applies from *now* until the
11th, at which time nothing goes in (unless you, as RM, do so). If you
meant something else, then I'm -0 as I'd prefer my interpretation :-)
