Dongjoon Hyun resolved SPARK-38310.
-----------------------------------
    Resolution: Won't Do

Apache Spark uses templates for the K8s-specific or custom scheduler-specific configurations like the following.
- Apache Spark supports K8s Pod driver/executor template (priority, disk, etc)
- Apache Spark supports Volcano PodGroup template (member, queue, cpu/memory, priority)

Yunikorn specific features should be isolated in YunikornFeatureStep.
