Basic IIS Authentication

Hello everybody,
I have a webservice created, who has to fill-out a remote form on a website to publish articles remotely. Now the Server has an IIS with Basic Authentication and in my Java File, I get 401 - Access denied. Has somebody a simple example to fill-out a form?
