[~shwetayakkali] Are you planning to work on this issue? It was raised in HADOOP-16140 where I was adding a new option to the expunge command.

I think we can add the ability to pass in a file system with some changes only in the Delete.Expunge class as the trash already has the ability to be instantiated with a different filesystem than the default.
