Loren,

Apparently the file LevelRangeFilter.java was not added to the 1_2 brach. I'll 
fix this immediately. It'll appear in log4j 1.2.4 when it comes out. In the 
mean time you can copy it from 1.2.0 (or CVS) and rebuild the jar file. Thanks 
for letting us know.
