The "Logs in Ozone" page (https://ozone.apache.org/docs/edge/tools/logsinozone.html) is quite useless right now.

We should add:

(1) role logs: what roles product logs and how to configure them.
(2) audit logs: what roles produce audit logs. Provide a sample audit log.
(3) how to enable debug logs for services, and how to enable debug logs for CLI tools.
