symbolic link not allowed: /home/

I don't know, but has anyone run into this problem? I installed mod_php, mod_per and sqwebmail, courier-Imap. After I installed these products my public_html page stopped working? I used a backup and everything worked? But the samething happened when I reinstalled?

I am getting a symbolic link not allowed: /home/
