[Doc - Breaking Change] Follow New Steps to Update 2.8.x/2.9.x/2.10.x Docs

Hi team,


If you want to update docs for 2.8.x, 2.9.x, and 2.10.x, please follow the
new process here [1] since we manage multiple doc versions in a more
efficient way [2].


@momo-jun, @urfreespace, thanks for making this happen!
