I guess its possible to request the svnpubsub script for podling projects (although I did not find an example project using it).

WWW-Root for the website is: https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/openmeetings/trunk/singlewebapp/docs/

Just in case svnpubsub is not possible, might it be possible to use a simple cron job with some custom shell scripts?
