bq. Besides, if we want to change leader from server1 to server2, we can assign server2 with highest priority, but maybe we also need to force server1 stop accepting client request, otherwise, maybe server2 hard or take a long time to catch up with server1's log. What do you think ?

bq. We may force server1 to step down during configuration change.
[~szetszwo] Though we force server1 to step down, if server2's log is lag behind, server2 can not win the election.
