Does the client (Dreamweaver) have a way to display the error message returned
by Apache/mod_dav? It looks to me like the response body sent by Apache should
have some information in it describing the reason for the error.
(wondering to self: how can we get mod_ext_filter in the filter chain for the
error path and use it to run the response body through tee to save the response
body in a file as well as ship it down to the client?)
