[ASTERIXDB-1955][CLUS][RT] Refactor, Keep-Alive

- Add getFaultToleranceStrategy to ICcApplicationContext interface,
  eliminate casts to implementation where interface suffices
- Minor refactoring in ResultUtil
- Don't close keep-alive connections in case of Unauthorized (401)
  status
