   As is stands, this currently only accepts a JSON used to configure `planner.opts.executors`. I wanted to put up a PR to elicit suggestions while I'm working. I'm planning to add test cases to cover all the errors that are tested for by this tool.
   
   I wanted to get input on:
   * What other verification should be done?
   * Should this tool only accept a JSON string as input? (or should should it accept a whole config file or something else?)
