Build a simple nginx based image that serves a "mock page" on the web port and provides the REST proxy. That should be enough to get the helm install to pass and satisfy the {{kubectl wait}} clauses in the e2e script.

Need to integrate that in the _run-e2e-tests.sh_ file.
