Andrew Palumbo resolved MAHOUT-1524.
------------------------------------
       Resolution: Implemented
    Fix Version/s: (was: 1.0)
                   0.10.0
         Assignee: Andrew Palumbo

Added a link on the http://mahout.apache.org/developers/version-control.html
page. I highly recommend using this for anyone that needs to make large changes to the site while we're still on SVN CMS.

Thanks again, [~tuxdna].

> Attached with this ticket is a script that creates a simple setup for editing Mahout Website on a local machine.
> It is useful in the sense that, we can edit the source and the changes are automatically reflected in the generated site. All we need to do is refresh the browser. No further steps required.
> So now one can review the website changes ( the complete website ), on a developer's machine.
