Portals Zone Account Please

I believe that our zone has now been created.  I would like to get 
continuum up and running on it.  Santiago, would you please create an 
account for me (I'll be happy to help out with the admin work for others 
as well).

Also, if anyone is against using continuum, let me know (Maven, 
Geronimo, and others at ASF seem to be using it).
