[PR] test(ai): pin the abort reason discrimination [rocketmq-dashboard]

   ### What
   
   `AbortReason` — the discriminated abort decision — had no test. This adds `AbortReasonTest` with 4 tests.
   
   ### What is pinned
   
   - **a user stop and a shutdown both end STOPPED**; a timeout and an orphan both end FAILED;
   - every reason carries its persisted stop reason (`USER_STOP`/`SHUTDOWN`/`TIMEOUT`/`ORPHANED`);
   - **only SHUTDOWN uses the shorter grace** — the JVM has a fixed shutdown budget, and spending three seconds per run on SIGTERM would blow it when sixteen runs are draining at once.
   
   ### Verification
   
   - New tests on unmodified code: **4/4 green**, checkstyle clean.
   - Discriminating mutation: SHUTDOWN changed to FAILED (red).
   - Restored: 4/4 green. Test-only change; no product code touched.
