[GitHub] [beam] damccorm opened a new issue, #19669: Make data points clickable with links to relevant Jenkins job

damccorm opened a new issue, #19669:
URL: https://github.com/apache/beam/issues/19669

Grafana has a feature called Data links [1], which allows adding dynamic links to the visualization. Those links could link to relevant Jenkins job that executed the test.

Jenkins job ID can be got via env.JOB_NAME and sent to Metrics DB alongside with other metrics data.

   [1] https://grafana.com/docs/grafana/latest/reference/datalinks/

Imported from Jira [BEAM-9892](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-9892). Original Jira may contain additional context.
   Reported by: kamilwu.
   Subtask of issue #19668
