Users are unable to access certain NiFi pluggable UI pages (e.g., UpdateAttribute advanced config UI) when NiFi is accessed through Knox. 

The Location response header is modified programatically from Knox code: [https://github.com/apache/knox/blob/master/gateway-service-nifi/src/main/java/org/apache/knox/gateway/dispatch/NiFiResponseUtil.java#L75-L76]

However fragments are not added to the Location header and it causes infinite redirect loops for NiFi.
