SSL, Apache and Tomcat

I'm setting up apache and tomcat to process some
credit card info and other personal data via verisign.
For the moment, Apache and tomcat live on the same
box. Do I need just one certificate or two? I will
read more on apache and ssl, but there isn't much to
the tomcat-ssl howto...
