OpenSUSE Support

Hi,

Hope you are all doing well.

I'm currently working on adding support for openSUSE Leap 15.2+ as a KVM hypervisor and Management / Usage server for Cloudstack,
I've raised a draft PR (still a WIP) and would like to get feedback and your thoughts on the idea as well as the code
