ap_wait_t in other_child_logic.
I am very close to getting the other_child_logic moved to APR, but the
ap_wait_t in the maintainence function is just not very portable. I
looked at the Apache code where other cildren are used, and we are never
using this argument. I am going to remvoe it and commit the
other_child_logic to APR. If anybody sees a problem with this, please let
me know and we can fix it.

Keeping it as an int makes sense to me. I'll add that back in
tomorrow.
Thanks.

can you at least keep it as an int? ANSI C requires main() return an int
as exit status, that functionality should exist everywhere we have a C
compiler. i can see the signal/coredump/etc. stuff being non-portable.
