[jclouds] Enable connecting to Rackspace Swift with Swift module
through OpenStack Keystone (#282)
This adds the ability to connect to Rackspace keystone using OpenStack keystone module, thus enabling a general region support for Rackspace Swift for example.

Alright. We haven't heard anything in a month. I'm going to go ahead and close this. It's looking like the implementation for region support in Swift is going to land in 1.7.2 or 1.7.3.
