Fwd: MODERATE for announce@apache.org

The artifact links on the download page are broken.
The checksum and signature links need to refer to downloads.apache.org, not dist.

If you can fix these issues, please let us know so the announcement can be approved.

Regards,
Craig

According to https://infra.apache.org/release-distribution.html#download-links

"All links to checksums, detached signatures and public keys for current releases must reference downloads.apache.org/ using https:// (TLS)*.".

Until this policy is changed, links must be to downloads.

That was the first point in my message.

The links are OK; https://www.apache.org/dist/ redirects to
downloads.apache.org.

The problem is that the files are not present on the server; it looks like
they have not been uploaded.
(Only 2.0.11 is present)

Note that moderation requests expire after about 4 days; after that point,
you will have to submit a fresh copy of the announce.

In future, please check that the files are present on the server before
sending the announce email.

Thanks!
