[D] on_kill behavior on deffered tasks [airflow]

GitHub user EvertonSA created a discussion: on_kill behavior on deffered tasks

**Apache Airflow Provider(s)**
microsoft

**Versions of Apache Airflow Providers**
12.0.0

**Apache Airflow version**
2.10.3

**Operating System**
Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS - WSL

We are using `AzureDataFactoryRunPipelineOperator` from `airflow.providers.microsoft.azure.operators.data_factory`

When we fail a task, we want on_kill behavior to work. If task `deferrable=False,`, it works:

If task `deferrable=True`, it does not work:

I believe that after the task comes back from triggerer, the `run_id` is never present.

Potentially related to https://github.com/apache/airflow/issues/36090

Does anyone have the same? Is this a bug?

Yes. It's generally a duplicate of #36090. Any contributions to fix it are welcome.
