ejb deploy script for WebSphere 5.0

I am looking for ejb deploy script ( build.xml) for webspere V5.0 for stateless session beans. Does any one have has any samples ?
 
Do I need build ibm-ejb-jar.bnd.xmi and ibm-ejb-jar.ext.xmi first or is there any option to create it ?
