Running an AEM instance with 
* oak-core 1.2.2 
* Mongo node store
* S3 data store

The DocumentNodeStore.cfg contains
{noformat}
mongouri=mongodb://mongo-2:27017,mongo-1:27017,mongo-3:27017/?connectTimeoutMS=300000&readPreference=nearest
db=aem
cache=2048
customBlobStore=true
blobCacheSize=1024
persistentCache=/mnt/crx/author/cache
{noformat}

The logs are filled with the following exception

30.06.2015 12:59:14.256 *WARN* [pool-7-thread-4] org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.plugins.document.persistentCache.MapFactory Could not retrieve the map size
java.lang.NullPointerException: null
{noformat}

producing > 6GB of logs for a barely used test instance.
