Disabled Hama-Patch-Admin job in Jenkins

Hi

The Hama-Patch-Admin job in Jenkins will hang several times per day
and requires manual intervention. For whatever reason Jenkins is not
able to kill this job after it has timed out as it does for other
jobs. For now, I've disabled the job as it causes lots of contention
for the solaris2 slave. Please investigate why this job in particular
hangs before enabling it again.
