Hmmm, I find the UI to be fairly "not good". It does not say why it is trying to install the plugins, how to recover from the Cancel, etc.
But, can we please make this at least a little bit better for those that run on JDK where we can run without nb-javac? Something along the lines of https://github.com/apache/incubator-netbeans/pull/1037.
