add a hint ? (was[Bug 28618] - validateUrl() is missing in validator-rules.xml)

whats about adding a "hint" for error.url
in section:
# Struts Validator Error Messages
something like:
errors.url={0} is an invalid url.
i guess it may be usefully for some guys?
