Re: VCL Appliance

Is the VCL Virtual Appliance 2.1 still available for download?  If so, where can the files be found?  The link http://www.ibiblio.org/vclvm/ has the 1.6 version of the appliance and the wiki link https://wiki.oscr.ncsu.edu/wiki/index.php/The_VCL_2.1_Virtual_Appliance gives an error.
