   Then I'd suggest to also annotate classes in `flink-cep-scala` as deprecated in this PR, despite they are not annotated as `Public / PublicEvloving`. Because deciding which classes in the module should be `Public` and which should be `PublicEvolving` requires further discussion, which is out of the scope of this PR.
