It might also help if the expiry time was shown.
It's currently 15 mins so the message needs to be dealt with promptly.

Maybe provide a link to a web-page which contains detailed instructions.
At least if the user does not react in time for the first attempt, then they can read the page and try again.
Hopefully the page will provide enough info that they don't need to contact infra unnecessarily.
