First ActiveMQ/jms project

Hi,
I want to do my first application using JMS binding component and
activeMQ,so can you give me a tutorial wich helps me in this purpose.
NB:I am using NetBeans IDE

When you say "JMS binding component", do you mean you want to use JMS
from ServiceMix or Camel, or are you just trying to use a regular Java
client to talk to ActiveMQ?
