new Lenya menus ported to 1.2?

Hi all,

A while back I submitted an update to the menus for Lenya 
(http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=33024) and it was 
added to 1.4.  I was curious if there were any plans to port it to the 
1.2 series as well?  I like using it simply because it allows me to 
better switch to XHTML, but it could also be nice to have it in 1.2 to 
get more testing out of it before 1.4 is released.  I've been adding in 
my menus as I am updating Lenya anyway, but I'm curious if people think 
it's worth porting to 1.2?

good point. i think we should do it. besides being xhtml, they also 
remove the limitation of the number of menus and allow translation of th 
e tabs.

it should be straightforward to port.
