The two system properties are "MessageTimeToLive" and "threadIdExpiryTime."

HARegionQueue should use SystemPropertyHelper to get the optional values for these properties so that geode. or gemfire. may be used as the prefix.

(I ran into this while cleaning up tests for GEODE-1279)
