As a follow-on to GEODE-8240 and GEODE-8330, this is the final ticket, to rename:

{{Version}} -> {{KnownVersion}}
{{VersionOrdinal}} -> {{Version}}

With this ticket, the work started in GEODE-8240 is complete.
