   I don't think we should be making `go_direct` configurable per-deliveryService just for the sake of avoiding conflicts when using the same `orgServerFqdn` for multiple deliveryservices. `orgServerFqdn`s should really be unique to avoid this whole class of problems, and that can be done using CNAMEs if need be. `go_direct` is already determined by the type (i.e. HTTP_LIVE vs HTTP), so making it configurable on top of that seems unnecessary.
