[Trinidad] the mystic "javax.faces.FACELETS_REFRESH_PERIOD" parameter...

Hi,

it looks like there is a new (and hidden) parameter in the spec. And
indeed, the myfaces impl code has that as well...

However, the spec doesn't mention it at all (is there already an
existing spec-bug?)..

For the ProjectStage API, we currently only define the Stage VS the
CHECK_FILE_MODIFICATION;
(http://wiki.apache.org/myfaces/Trinidad_goes_ProjectStage).

Right now, I think I totally will ignore this parameter; it least in
the very near future of Trinidad 2.0

Thoughts?
