It's available in multiple ways:
 http://dir.gmane.org/gmane.comp.version-control.subversion.devel
(NNTP, two web interfaces, and as an RSS feed)

It's also searchable, and spam cleansed (there's SpamAssassin looking at
all incoming articles, and a spam reporting system to zap those that get
through).
