bug 22425

Hi all !

I submitted a patch one month ago which allows to add <documentation>
element in dynamically generated wsdls
using documentation tags in wsdd deployment file. 
(http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=22425)

Axis passes all-tests with these changes (Dims made the test).

I also sent the doc updates.

Dims, can you check in this patch ?
