   I open this proposal PR for our potential new UI contributor, @fine0830. She used to work for Alibaba FE team, is preparing to get familiar with SkyWalking and take some OSS maintainer work.
   
   This is a proposal from the community, and I re-organize it in a doc.

   The timeline will set for the next month and 6.6.0 only.
