setting log level for

Hi,

how do you change the log level to see the output of <log:debug> in the
console ?

I tried
maven -Dlog4j.appender.console.Threshold=debug
-Dlog4j.appender.maven.Threshold=debug
-Dlog4j.appender.default.Threshold=debug -Dlog4j.threshold=debug
but this doesn't work.
