Summary: j.u.concurrent in junit4 stack traces with timeout
Product: Ant
Version: 1.7Alpha (nightly)
Platform: Other
OS/Version: other
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: Optional Tasks
AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
ReportedBy: bmaurer@andrew.cmu.edu
If you have a junit4 test case with timeout set, @Test(timeout=1000), the stack
trace from an error looks like:
at java.util.concurrent.FutureTask$Sync.innerRun(FutureTask.java:269)
at java.util.concurrent.FutureTask.run(FutureTask.java:123)
at
java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor$Worker.runTask(ThreadPoolExecutor.java:650)
at
java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor$Worker.run(ThreadPoolExecutor.java:675)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:595)
at BTreeTest.assertSameSortedMap(BTreeTest.java:124)
at BTreeTest.compTest(BTreeTest.java:493)
The thread and j.u.concurrent things should be filtered out, they come from the
junit harness.

Not really safe to filter those methods since they may well be used in other
contexts. May be possible to filter that exact sequence of method calls.
