> today the admin account is explicitly exempted from password expiry. if i remember this is due to the fact that sling uses the admin user to create system sessions. however, that latter has proven to be a bit cumbersome and adobe AEM uses a different mechanism to create system session. for this reason i think we should allow for enabling pw-expiry for the admin user while still keeping the existing behaviour as default for backwards compatibility.
