[~tfmorris] Thanks for cleaning JIRA! I've updated the selector to include all existing releases, and also added a "latest" release in case we forget to update the release list in the future.

The current style of doing it in two separate calls allows for a window where nodes can get created without their associated tags, making accounting for them much more difficult.
