Unable to download Subversion 1.4.0 windows installer
I have tried several times to download the installer for window from the link:
http://subversion.tigris.org/files/documents/15/34093/svn-1.4.0-setup.exe
But it seems to be redirecting in a loop and fails after a few seconds!
This also happens with the setup of 1.3.2 but it works fine with the setup of 1.3.1.
Does anybody else have this problem?

Open a new browser and cut and paste the URL just like this
http://subversion.tigris.org/files/documents/15/34093/svn-1.4.0-setup.exe
I spent lot of time over this and after a nap just tried this and it worked.
All the other versions also work the same way.
I do not know if your case is different though.

This problem has been reported multiple times on this list, it seems that accepting cookies is a requirement for downloading anything. Nobody has been able to explain why so far.
