When running the application on a Xiaomi Mi3 device running Miui v5 (4.4.4), the viewport of the application becomes very big and causes the application UI to look small on the screen.

The application displays as expected on iOS 7 and on the other Android versions and devices that have been tested. Android 4.4.3 doesn't seem to be affected.

When using an alert to display `screen.width` and `screen.height`, the Xiaomi Mi3 device reports a viewport size of 1080x1920, which is disproportionate. Other android devices (such as a Galaxy S3 running Android 4.4) report saner dimensions, such as 360x640.

This is a very strange issue and I haven't been able to determine whether it's a problem with how the Xiaomi Mi3 device works or the Miui v5 OS works, or if it is due to how Phonegap detects dimensions.

The appropriate viewport meta tags are in place in my application and they seem to behave correctly on other devices and systems.

Even more strangely, Untappd, which is another Phonegap-based app, doesn't seem to show this issue when executed on the Xiaomi Mi3 device, which hints at the possibility of this being a Phonegap problem (possibly introduced in the latest versions).
