Transaction created by TransactionPolicy are named null by default

e.g.
{noformat}
Creating new transaction with name [null]: PROPAGATION_REQUIRES_NEW,ISOLATION_DEFAULT
{noformat}

It would be useful to define name for logging, monitoring.
